This collection began as the Porretta family cookbook, dedicated to Antoneitte and her daughters Carla, Cathy, Linda, and Mari—for years of great memories with great food.
From everyday dinners to holidays filled with Cucidattis, Sesame Seed Cookies, Baccala, and Crispellis, food has always been one of the most anticipated parts of family life. The aroma of olive oil and sautéed garlic still brings back the comfort of the Porretta kitchen.
